For commission pieces, refunds will be given up to 14 days after placement of an order if requested by email. No order will be built or despatched before a 14 day cooling off period. On completion of the 14 day cooling off period, Distorted Light will confirm the buyer wishes to continue with the order, and once confirmed, a non-refundable £50 deposit will be implemented. The item will be built, and a confirmation estimate of delivery will be sent.

If there is a problem with the lamp upon receipt, there is a further 14 day period in which Distorted Light must be notified. The item can be returned for repair only. Buyer pays return costs. Any costs incurred by Distorted Light product for damage caused by poorly packed returned products will incur additional charges.
