My signature creation, the Martian Fighting Machine has proved to be very popular.
I met with the lovely Jeff Wayne in July 2024, with the goal being to make these officially licensed merchandise. This is in process!
They are commission only, so once you order and reserve your place for one, I will send a confirmation email and estimate on the build time.
Standing at 18” tall and with a width of 19” these are a substantial and impressive model lamp.
A switch in the chin turns the side pods and laser “heat ray” on, and the main lamp behind the eyes is a G9 smart bulb, controllable by app or via Google assist and Alexa.
The Martian Fighting Machine begins life as a vintage M60 military drinking bottle, and is upcycled into the unique shape of the iconic machine from Jeff Wayne’s The War of the Worlds.
